Universal Tools Co., Ltd.,
the predecessor of Fenghua Great Star Brush-Making
Co., Ltd., was established
in 1993. It is located at XiKou Industrial Zone
where there is only 15KM from Ningbo airport and
30KM from Ningbo grand seaport. With a total investment
of 6 million U.S. dollars, it covers an area of
about 35,000 square meters and owns more than 500
employees which includes around 80 technicians,
D&R and QA members.
Ningbo Universal Adhesive Products Co., Ltd.,
is one of the three factories subordinate to the
company. It is specialized in PVC electrical insulation
tape, PVC piping tape, cloth duct tape, masking
tape, warning tape, double-side tissue tape and
sing-side felt tape, etc. All products are enjoying
a good sale in America, Russia, Europe, Middle East
& Southeast Asia, and so forth.
We imported from the United States a complete set
of glue formulations and technical datas of manufacturing
process and set up eight associated producing lines
consequently. Being backed up with ISO 9001:2000
Quality Assurance System, UL Authentication and
EN60454 certification, our quality checks cover
every step from raw material to delivery of finished
goods which ensures the highest level of quality
for both routines and processes thoughout manufacturing
and marketing.
